Classes
The following classes earn points:
R4O
R4U
R2O
R2U
Codriver
Points
Points will be awarded based on finishing place in class. 10 entries in class = 10 points for first place, 1 point for last. 3 events are needed to be eligible for the championship. Codrivers will score the same amount of points, but won’t be locked to a specific class. Exhibition is not eligible for points.
Dropped Points Events
Your lowest scoring event(s) will be dropped from the points calculation. Drops are handled based on number of events in a season:
4 events or less will result in one drop.
4 events or more will result in two drops.
Trophies
The top driver in each class will be awarded a trophy, as well as the top driver overall. The top 3 codrivers will be awarded trophies. Points for overall driver and codriver will be scored by number of cars overall, not just in class. Exhibition class is not eligible for points.
